
8 med. sweet potatoes
2 T. butter
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
Bake sweet potatoes until tender; remove skins and mash. Add butter, milk, salt,
cinnamon and paprika. Beat until free from lumps and light and fluffy. Fold in walnuts.
Turn into a greased casserole, cover with foil and bake at 350 degree oven until heated through. Just before serving, cover with marshmallows and brown under oven broiler.
